Overview

We’re looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our HR team and business leaders, ensuring fair and effective employee relations practices. This is your chance to make a real difference in a global organisation that values its people and their growth.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the HR team in delivering employee relations programmes that meet business needs.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including:
    • Discipline and grievance procedure
    • Performance management
    • Absence management
  • Collaborate on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including:
    • Due diligence
    • Reviewing transactional documents
  • Coach and support HR teams and leaders to develop employee relations skills and manage risks.
  • Oversee employment litigation, including:
    • Pre-conciliation

  • Drafting of legal documents
  • Guide on complex settlement agreements and employment cases in the UK.
  • Support consultation processes for business transformations, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Help design, update, and interpret HR policies.
  • Deliver training on employment policies, legislation, and business change.
  • Stay informed about changes in UK employment law.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll have:

  • A legally practising law degree with significant experience in employment law, either in-house or in a private practice.
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in complex commercial environments.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and challenge ideas constructively.
  • Comfortable working with a dispersed workforce.
  • Willingness to work in the UK.
