We are now seeking an Experienced Employee Relations Partner with strong expertise in employee relations within a regulated sector to join our team, shaping our people strategy and driving its future success.

About the Role

As an ER Partner, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity, influencing and supporting managers with confidence.

You will play a critical role in theHR team, collaborating with operational leaders and home managers to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support across our multi-site care environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure compliance with regulations, strong employee experiences, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Regional Operations team and Home Managers to boost operational performance through effective people management
  • Lead and manage all employee relations cases, including:
    • Disciplinaries
    • Grievances
    • Absence management
    • Performance management
  • Ensure full compliance with employment law, CQC expectations, and sector best practice
  • Coache and develop managers to build a strong, compliant, and confident leadership team
  • Support the HR Director by interpreting metrics and analysing HR data

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in managing a high volume of employee relations cases
  • Experience in the care sector or highly regulated industry
  • Flexible approach to balance strategic and operational leadership
  • CIPD Level 5 certification (or equitable experience)
  • DBS check required (standard for care sector roles)
  • Personal vehicle availability, as travel across multiple homes will be necessary

Role Requirements

This position is on-site only. The selected candidate must:

  • Commute to our Uxbridge office Monday to Friday
  • Work during core hours (9:00 AM–5:30 PM)
