Role: Employee Relations Partner

Duration: 4 Month Contract

Location: Remote but applicants must be UK based

Start Date: Immediate / July

Rate: £500 per day Umbrella

Please apply if you are immediately available to start a new role and have experience working in banking or financial services.


This is a temporary Employee Relations role supporting a Digital Banking environment, focused on managing ER activity and providing immediate support during a defined contract period.

  • Manage a caseload of ER issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and conduct
  • Provide clear, practical advice to managers, balancing risk and business needs
  • Handle complex and high-risk cases independently from start to finish
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across digital, technology and operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, regulatory expectations and internal banking policies
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure consistency in process and decision-making
  • Support change activity such as restructures and consultations where required
  • Analyse ER trends and provide insights to improve employee experience

Essential experience:

  • Employee Relations experience within financial services or banking
  • Experience managing multiple / complex ER cases.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory environments.
  • Be able to add value quickly in a fast-paced, digital-first organisation.
