Employee Relations Consultant
3 Months
£550 (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a high-performing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex ER matters, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, providing commercially focused advice and ensuring fair, timely outcomes.
- Partner with HR teams, managers and business leaders to deliver a high-quality ER service.
- Coach and develop people leaders to build confidence and capability in managing employee relations matters.
- Analyse ER data and trends to identify risks, provide insights and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support the development of ER policies, governance and best practice.
- Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Build strong relationships across HR and the wider business, acting as a trusted ER partner.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Use case management systems to maintain accurate records and deliver against service standards.
- Support wider ER projects and initiatives as required.

- Strong employee relations experience managing complex casework.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using HR systems and interpreting data to drive decisions.
