HR Advisor – Employee Relations
£43,680 – £45,750 | Grade 10
9-month FTC | 36 hours | Start ASAP
We’re recruiting up to six experienced Employee Relations HR Advisors to join our busy HR team and make an immediate impact across our directorates.
You will need to have experience handling complex employee relations cases.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support managers on complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, and capability—providing clear, practical advice and driving timely, fair outcomes.
