We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture Team. If you're passionate about employee relations, enjoy working with managers to solve people challenges, and want to influence how we support our people, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the trusted expert for employee relations across your areas, providing practical, commercially focused advice while ensuring fairness, consistency and compliance.
Working Closely With Managers And People Colleagues, You'll
- Provide expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.
- Coach and support managers to confidently manage employee relations cases.
- Ensure our people policies remain legally compliant, fit for purpose and aligned with our purpose.
- Identify trends through people data and case analysis, recommending improvements and development opportunities.
- Deliver training and guidance to help managers build confidence and capability.
- Champion a positive employee experience built on fairness, respect and collaboration.

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and helping managers navigate challenging situations with confidence.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in an Employee Relations Specialist, HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting.
- Experience using HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
- CIPD level 5 desired but not essential
