Calling all Employee Relations Specialists!
We are looking for a freelance ER Specialist to support our People team here at The Business of Fashion.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end employee relations processes, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement plans, using a human first approach.
- Support and coach managers throughout every step of the process, ensuring compliance with BoF company policies and local employment laws.
- Keep documentation organised, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Provide ad-hoc HR support as needed.
- Bring high emotional intelligence to every conversation, helping create a positive employee experience - even when discussions are difficult.
