If you are an ER expert looking for an exciting challenge then this could be the role for you!

  • Build capability of new/first time managers ensuring they are capable to deliver the process and confident in their own ability, through training, coaching and targeted workshops/ interventions.
  • Build capability of experienced managers through frequent one to one coaching supported by training/education workshops to reduce the reliance on ER Advisors.

  • Deliver specific ER projects/assignments, such as development of handbooks, policies and procedures.
  • Support Operational activities within the factory, attending weekly meetings.
  • Share best practices and case learnings with other ER Advisors to ensure consistency across the organisation.
  • Work effectively with the Occupational Health Team to ensure service is effective and meets case requirements.
  • Engage Legal Counsel where required to mitigate risk.
  • Build effective working relationships with the Trade Unions across sites (where applicable).
  • Be an active member of the onsite weekly improvement process, representing the HR KPIs and support to drive the metrics to standard or improved.
  • Partner with HRBP/Local HR to identify patterns/ trends of ER that may suggest underlying issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
