Employee Success Business Partner Director

We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You’ll lead some of the most important change in the business, working directly with a C‑suite board member to shape a people strategy that drives growth and performance. Your work will have real visibility and real impact — influencing how the organisation is structured, how leaders lead and how teams perform.

You thrive in complexity. In a fast‑growing, international technology business, you’re comfortable with pace, ambiguity and competing priorities. You know how to navigate a matrix environment, aligning leaders across regions and functions to deliver a shared outcome. You bring clarity where others see noise, and you keep things moving when it matters most. You’re known for making change happen. Not just setting direction, but turning it into action, embedding it across the business and making sure it lasts. You lead through relationships and credibility, building trust quickly and challenging in a way that moves people forward. You also understand that how a business feels drives how it performs. You care about building a strong, consistent culture where expectations are clear, leaders are accountable and people are supported to do their best work. You know how to connect culture, capability and performance to create a high‑performing workforce.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
