We’re growing… and looking for a paid media expert in employer brand and recruitment marketing to accelerate our talent marketing strategies. You’ll bring a human-centric and genuinely curious approach to how platforms are currently managed, briefs, challenges and relationships, eager to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a role which has real room to shape.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and own paid media delivery: consult, collaborate and assist on strategy and campaign delivery, managing budgets and timelines for global clients.
  • Turn data into a story: diagnose performance challenges and use the insight to direct the fix, turning results into clear, practical and relevant recommendations.
  • Manage multiple relationships: based on trust, create alignment and communicate with confidence across internal agency colleagues, clients and delivery partners.
  • Support business growth: collaborate on new business pitches and proposals.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a great team player - you’re personable, rigorous and genuinely curious — a brilliant communicator who can make the complex simple and inspire trust in everyone you work with. You thrive in a fast-moving, client-focused agency environment with an ability to stay one step ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
