Employer Solutions Manager Salary: £31,950.45 Locations: Birmingham Hub, Centre City, Selly Oak, Perry Barr alongside HMP Hewell and HMP Birmingham Contract: Full Time Permanent At Ingeus, we are committed to transforming lives through exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking an Employer Solutions Manager for our Justice team to work across community, probation and custody sites in the West Midlands. To identify, engage and manage new relationships with public and private sector employer organisations and training providers with the aim of securing sustainable employment opportunities for participants whilst in the community and to support on release from custody. What You'll Be Doing: Employability Support: Working with a diverse client group offering person centred support to uncover job goals, promote job readiness and support with applications and interviews. Collaboration: Working closely with community teams to arrange employer events, job fairs, and promote training programmes that support participants' rehabilitation and employment prospects. And working with custody teams for through the gate employment opportunities Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with Employers, Employer groups, participants, training providers Local Authorities, DWP and other stakeholders as required. Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements. What We're Looking For: Account Management Skills: Possess a strong understanding of business development and account management, including within the apprenticeship sector and experience of working with a portfolio of new and existing employers Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage credibly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. IT Skills: To accurately maintain relevant IT systems and produce accurate and timely management information Whilst we welcome applications from those with lived experience, this role requires an enhanced DBS check and HMPPS EL1 vetting. Due to the time required to complete these checks, successful candidates will be offered a start date at least 6 weeks from the point of job offer.
