CFO Evolution Support Worker

In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community and in a prison setting. You will provide high-quality support and guidance, facilitating the engagement of participants in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.

Salary: £26,570 - £32,426 per annum

Location: Canterbury (the role does require some travel locally so driving license is preferred)

We are looking for people who have:

  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes, including employers, local authorities, health services, or voluntary sector organisations.
  • The ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators, with the ability to monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
