Employment Associate | 5-7 PQE | Guernsey | Top Tier Offshore Firm
We are working with a leading international offshore law firm that is looking to hire an Employment Associate (5-7 PQE) to join its highly regarded team in Guernsey.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong global platform, advising international businesses, financial institutions, insurers and high-net-worth clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, gaining exposure to complex, cross-border employment law issues while building your career within a collaborative and growing practice.

The Ideal Candidate
- 5-7 years' PQE.
- Qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
- Strong academics.
- Employment law experience gained at a leading regional, national or international law firm.
- Offshore experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A genuine interest in relocating to Guernsey and building a long-term offshore career.
