Lawyer - Employment Team

We are recruiting for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester. We are also open to applications from those in other locations, such as Cardiff, Liverpool, and London.

Requirements

  • Experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals.
  • Proficiency in Employment law.
  • Ability to manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations.
  • Experience within redundancy and restructure, employment terminations, and TUPE agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on various matters such as discrimination, redundancy, and contracts.
  • Review and draft contracts.
  • Negotiate settlements.
  • Support clients through their cases.
  • Manage your own caseload.
  • Provide top-class legal advice where required.
