Lawyer - Employment Team
We are recruiting for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester. We are also open to applications from those in other locations, such as Cardiff, Liverpool, and London.
Requirements
- Experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals.
- Proficiency in Employment law.
- Ability to manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations.
- Experience within redundancy and restructure, employment terminations, and TUPE agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on various matters such as discrimination, redundancy, and contracts.
- Review and draft contracts.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Support clients through their cases.
- Manage your own caseload.
- Provide top-class legal advice where required.
