About the Opportunity
Benedict Holding Group is partnering with a highly regarded London law firm seeking to appoint an ambitious Employment Associate / Senior Associate to join its growing Employment team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly respected Employment Partners, advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients on complex, commercially significant and high-profile matters.

The Role
You'll advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Strategic HR and employment advisory work
- Discrimination, whistleblowing, and workplace investigations
- TUPE, restructures, and organisational change
- Settlement agreements and executive exits
- Corporate transactions and employment due diligence
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Cross-border and international employment projects

About You
We're looking for talented Employment Associates or Senior Associates who can demonstrate:
- Strong employment law experience across contentious, advisory, or a mixed practice
- Excellent technical drafting and communication skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client service
- A genuine ambition to develop your career within a leading London Employment practice
