Job Title: Employment EA / Legal PA
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
Hybrid: Yes
Established London law firm are looking for a dynamic legal EA / legal PA, ideally with a background in employment law, to join their growing team. This will be a varied role and will include:
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Client liaison: taking messages, dealing with enquiries, responding to correspondence, etc.
- Typing and document management including audio typing and digital dictation
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms, and managing appointments
- Billing
- Putting together court bundles
- Organising all travel including visas, currency, hotel bookings, etc.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information

It is essential that you have a minimum of two years’ experience as a legal secretary / PA, ideally in employment law but they will also consider legal secretaries with background in litigation or corporate work. You must also be flexible and take a proactive approach to your work, as well as strong organisational and timekeeping skills. In addition, you must have good typing and IT skills as there will be a lot of dictation over the phone. Ideal for a Liverpool Street commuter.
