Responsible to: Partner in Charge
Hours: Full or part time considered
Salary: £ Competitive salary – negotiable, dependent upon experience

At Chadwick Lawrence, we’re looking to welcome an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing team. If you’re a qualified Solicitor, part or fully CILEX qualified (or equivalent) and have some employment law experience we’d like to hear from you.
We are open-minded about your background. You may have built your career advising employers, employees, or a combination of both. What matters most is your ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor, part or fully CILEX qualified, or holds an equivalent legal qualification
- Has experience handling employment law matters (claimant and/or respondent)
- Enjoys building lasting client relationships
- Has excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Shares our values of collaboration, integrity and exceptional client service
