Journey Advisor - Skills Transition Programme

About the Role

As a Journey Advisor, you will play a vital role on our Skills Transition Programme, helping unemployed individuals develop the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to secure careers within the energy transition sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide participants through their career development journey, from initial assessment and career planning to CV development, interview preparation, and job placement.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners and referral networks to create meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Combine coaching, employability support, and stakeholder engagement to empower individuals transitioning into future-proof careers.
  • Work in a target-driven environment, ensuring sustainable employment outcomes for participants.
