About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Employment Law & HR Consultant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR or Employment Law professional who enjoys:
- Building long-term client relationships
- Providing expert, commercially focused advice
- Delivering tailored HR solutions
The role is hybrid (partially remote) with travel required for client meetings in London, based out of the Bishopsgate head office.
Key Responsibilities
As an Employment Law & HR Consultant, your role will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor on employment law and HR matters.
- Providing ** expert guidance** on complex employee relations and employment-related challenges.
- Delivering personalised HR consultancy and training services to support client goals.
- Ensuring advice is technically precise, commercially valuable, and clearly communicated.
- Supporting business development, including networking, client referrals, and prospect meetings.
- Collaborating with colleagues, external legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.

About You
You are a seasoned HR or Employment Law professional who thrives in helping organisations navigate challenging people-related issues. We’re looking for candidates with:

Ideal Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in employment law, employee relations, or HR consultancy.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices.
- Experience dealing with complex employee relations disputes.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and strong communication.
- A commercial approach with the ability to diagnose client needs and recommend actionable solutions.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
