The Role
This is a blended consultancy position, blending HR advice with hands-on client support—perfect for an individual who enjoys both strategic guidance and hands-off implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end telephone support for client employee relations, including handling:
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) advice
- Redundancy support
- Risk/claim evaluations to help clients make informed decisions for their business
- Offer ad hoc proactive and reactive support:
- Conducting HR training for clients
- Facilitating key meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Managing exit negotiations on behalf of clients
- Ensure clients remain compliant in an ever-evolving employment law landscape
Requirements
We’re looking for a self-motivated professional with a background in:
- Experience in providing employment legal advice, either in private practice, consultancy, or internal HR roles
- Strong expertise in handling complex and varied HR and employment law issues
- Confidence in independently and impartially conducting meetings with employees
- A passion for client support, helping businesses navigate their HR truths
- Essential skills:
- Tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously
- Commitment to self-development
