£41,800 up to £50,600 per annum**

We have an opportunity to join a hard-working, motivated, and down-to-earth team. This is an exciting and diverse role covering a wide range of legal matters. You’ll provide support to the employment law team in matters of Employment Law and support in the research of cases, preparing legal files, taking statements, and updating cases to ensure deadlines are adhered to and stakeholders are up to date and informed. With your highly professional approach, you will demonstrate a common-sense approach and will have the knowledge, confidence, and skill to lead, influence, and advise a range of stakeholders.
You will hold an integral role in coordinating contentious work, managing cases independently, and supporting with ensuring case file management, case research, and document drafting.

What you'll do
- Drafting and/or preparing key legal documents and bundles
- Taking statements and coordinating the availability of witnesses
- Ensuring cases are logged on our internal Case Mgmt tool
- Providing case research for the Employment Law team
- Monitoring and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines & case listings and/or orders
- Supporting with the coordination of ACAS conciliation and employment tribunals
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
What you'll need
- Experience in a law firm or equivalent
- Proven experience in the field of Employment Law
- A relevant legal qualification or CILEex certificate in law or equivalent relevant experience desirable
- Strong research skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
