Employment Law Paralegal / Newly Qualified Solicitor
Permanent Position
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Location: Home-Based, Minimum 1 day per week in Birmingham / Bristol / Hook offices
- Salary: Competitive, plus 1 day paid leave per year for volunteering

Role Overview
We seek a high-potential, skilled Employment Law Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to support our HR & Legal Team, primarily performing Employment Tribunal litigation.
Key Opportunities:
- Gain andin-hand case exposure (tribunal submissions, drafting nexls, disclosure)
- Progress toward own caseload and client management

Key Responsibilities
✔ Support Employment Tribunal litigation (end-to-end case handling) ✔ Draft core documents:
- ET3s (Employment Tribunals Claim Forms)
- Schedules of loss / lists of issues
- Witness statements & tribunal bundles ✔ Manage disclosure exercises (document & evidence coordination) ✔ Liaise with clients to collect evidence & assemble files ✔ Support pleadings, directions, and tactical tribunal strategy ✔ Handle research, case records, & client correspondence
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have: ✅ Legal/paralegal qualifications (law degree, SQE/Solicitor qualifications) ✅ Basic/early career employment law or litigation experience (helpful but not essential) ✅ Strong ability to draft meticulously with high attention to detail ✅ Fluent with managing-deadlines & juggling multiple priorities ✅ Natural aptitude for client and tribunal communication ✅ Team player & advocate of workplace diversity
Note: Tribunal-specific experience (pleadings, disclosure) not mandatory—thorough training provided!
