About the Role

Key Responsibilities
You’ll:
- Manage and deliver end-to-end complex employment law cases, including:
- Multi-claimant discrimination claims
- TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Regulations) advisory and litigation
- Other high-value employment disputes
- Advocate competently at Employment Tribunal (ET) hearings, presenting persuasive arguments and achieving successful outcomes
- Provide trusted legal advice, acting as a primary point of contact for clients (such as trade unions, individuals, and employers)
- Lead and mentor junior colleagues, fostering growth and developing talent within the team
- Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally, influencing strategy and contributing to case management solutions

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candid Senior Employment Law Solicitors with:
- Strong experience across employment law, with a proven track record in complex litigation disputes
- Confidence handling Employment Tribunal (ET) advocacy and managing cases independently, with autonomy in decision-making
- A passion for impact, delivering outstanding client outcomes
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and up-skill others
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
