Employment Solicitor
Location: London City – hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days remote Salary: £90,000–£150,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits package

Key Requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or related disputes
- Experience gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm
- Strong background in contentious employment law
- Direct experience with complex matters involving:
- Whistleblowing
- Discrimination
- Team moves
- Partnership disputes
- Excellent litigation, negotiation and ADR skills
- Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
- Exceptional communication, judgement, and client relationship management skills
- Interest in business development, mentoring and long-term progression

Role & Responsibilities
- Advising on complex employment and partnership disputes
- Managing high-profile and sensitive client matters
- Supporting:
- Negotiations
- Dispute resolution
- Tribunal or court proceedings
- Collaborating with sophisticated clients across financial and professional services
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
