Employment Solicitor

Location: London City – hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days remote Salary: £90,000–£150,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or related disputes
  • Experience gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm
  • Strong background in contentious employment law
  • Direct experience with complex matters involving:
    • Whistleblowing
    • Discrimination
    • Team moves
    • Partnership disputes
  • Excellent litigation, negotiation and ADR skills
  • Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
  • Exceptional communication, judgement, and client relationship management skills
  • Interest in business development, mentoring and long-term progression
