Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor x2
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £110,000 depending on PQE + Bonus
PQE: NQ – 5 Years
Hybrid: Yes
Two of our clients, both prestigious London law firms, are looking for employment lawyers to join their leading teams and manage high-profile, complex cases, providing expert legal advice to clients on employment and partnership matters. The work will primarily focus on employment disputes and so a strong background in contentious employment is essential.
For the more senior role, you will also be mentoring and guiding junior members of the team and play an active role in business development.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in contentious employment work
- Exceptional client and relationship building skills
- Strong technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team
- Commercially focused
- Aptitude for business development

One of the firms are looking for a lawyer who is NQ – 3 years’ PQE, and the other client are looking for a more senior lawyer at 4-5 years’ PQE.
