A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Employment team works across a varied caseload for both regional and national clients, with a strong focus on developing its people through mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing. You will be joining an experienced team where you can take ownership of your own work while continuing to develop your expertise.
The Role
The position is predominantly claimant-focused, with some respondent work, covering a range of Employment matters from initial advice and negotiation through to Employment Tribunal litigation.

- Handle your own caseload
- Advise on matters including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Prepare key Tribunal documentation and attend hearings where required
- Contribute to the wider development of the team through client relationships and business development activity
The firm is open-minded on experience and will consider Employment professionals at different levels. The key is strong claimant-focused experience, confidence managing your own caseload, and a genuine interest in continuing to develop within Employment Law.

- Salary of £40,000-£60,000+, depending on experience.
