Associate Employment Solicitor – Boutique Niche Law Firm
Employment Law - Full-time or part-time (4 days per week) Fully flexible: home or office-based (preference for weekday-only work)
Crone Corkill are recruiting on behalf of a specialising boutique law firm in Employment Law, seeking a dedicated Associate Employment Solicitor to report directly to the Managing Partner. Minimum 4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) required.
About the Opportunity
This is an exceptional flexible opportunity for an ambitious, client-focused employment lawyer:
- 100% flexible workspace
- Fully home-based or office-based
- Preference given to full-time roles, but firm open to 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday hourly/term arrangement)

The Role
As Associate Employment Solicitor, you will:
- Represent both employees (claimants) and employers (respondents) across the full spectrum of employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious).
- Build strong client relationships with excellent communication skills, demonstrating commitment to client care.
- Handle matters with experience in:
- Pure Employment Law or
- A mix of Employment Law / Litigation OR other specialisations.
- Contribute to a practice balancing claimants (employee-focused) and respondents (employer-focused) work.
