Employment Litigation Lawyer
We are seeking an ambitious Employment Litigation lawyer to join a leading specialist employment law firm. The team is looking to recruit an Employment Litigation Associate with 2–3 years’ PQE to join its specialist employment and partnership practice.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of contentious employment matters, representing both individuals and organisations in complex workplace disputes. The role will involve Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as investigations, negotiated exits, and alternative dispute resolution.
The firm acts for senior executives, founders, employers, professional services firms, partnerships, and LLPs across a range of sectors, including financial services, private equity, technology, luxury goods, and professional services. The team is regularly instructed on matters involving significant legal, commercial, and reputational considerations, often with an international or cross-border element.

Experience Required:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- 2-3 years’ PQE gained at a leading employment practice
- Strong experience in contentious employment law gained at a reputable City, national, or specialist employment law practice
- Experience managing or assisting with Employment Tribunal litigation
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
