The work that comes into the team is varied and no two days will be the same. You would be embedded within our Manchester Immigration team. As an embedded paralegal you would take instructions primarily from our Immigration Associates but also have the benefit and support of being part of the wider TST.
What You'll Do:
managing and/or supporting on a number of unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions claims drafting Tribunal forms, including Grounds of Resistance drafting settlement agreements and witness statements managing electronic data sites, uploading documentation, and liaising with third parties creating bundles (in hard copy and electronically) for Tribunal claims and preparing for hearings

Who We're Looking For:
high level of attention to detail effective personal, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple demands strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels a positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work a strong work ethic and a desire to develop and succeed the ability to work to tight timescales with a sense of urgency
