About the Role
We are seeking qualified Solicitors with a passion for employment law, driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference for clients and deliver outstanding legal services.
What the Role Involves
Joining our Employment Rights team, you will:
- Manage a wide range of claimant employment matters, including:
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination claims
- Whistleblower protections
- Workplace disputes
- Provide proactive support to clients during challenging situations, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and reassured throughout their journey.
- Develop strong relationships with clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and legal expertise.

- At least two years’ experience in handling employment tribunal litigation and managing their own caseload.
- A strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures, including assessing claims and advising on potential outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to deliver clear, empathetic, and effective legal guidance.
- A client-first mindset, combining technical expertise with a genuine commitment to fair representation and high-quality service.

Requirements
- Qualifying as a Solicitor (or equivalent legal qualification).
- Proven experience in employment law litigation.
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
