Legal Solicitor (Employment Rights) – Bristol

About the Role

We are seeking qualified Solicitors with a passion for employment law, driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference for clients and deliver outstanding legal services.

What the Role Involves

Joining our Employment Rights team, you will:

  • Manage a wide range of claimant employment matters, including:
    • Unfair dismissal
    • Discrimination claims
    • Whistleblower protections
    • Workplace disputes
  • Provide proactive support to clients during challenging situations, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and reassured throughout their journey.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and legal expertise.

  • At least two years’ experience in handling employment tribunal litigation and managing their own caseload.
  • A strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures, including assessing claims and advising on potential outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to deliver clear, empathetic, and effective legal guidance.
  • A client-first mindset, combining technical expertise with a genuine commitment to fair representation and high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Qualifying as a Solicitor (or equivalent legal qualification).
  • Proven experience in employment law litigation.
