About the Role
We are seeking qualified Solicitors with strong employment law experience, who are passionate about delivering outstanding service for our clients.
What the Role Involves
Joining our Employment Rights team, you will:
- Deliver a varied caseload of claimant employment matters, including:
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination cases
- Whistleblowing claims
- Workplace disputes
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients through difficult situations
- Build strong relationships, offering reassurance, and maintaining client engagement
- Provide clear, consistent communication while navigating tribunal proceedings

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years’ experience handling employment tribunal litigation and independently managing their own caseload
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures and case law
- Strong case assessment skills, delivered with clear and accessible client advice
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- A client-care centric approach, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Commitment to quality legal representation while delivering outstanding outcomes
