About the Role
We are seeking qualified Solicitors with employment law expertise who are passionate about making a real difference for clients and delivering exceptional legal service.
This role involves managing a varied caseload of claimant employment matters, supporting clients through critical situations such as:
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination cases
- Whistleblowing disputes
- Workplace conflicts
As well as providing strong legal representation, you’ll focus on building relationships, offering reassurance, and keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment tribunal litigation
- Provide clear, strategic advice to clients
- Assess claims and determine viable courses of action
- Ensure positive outcomes for clients at tribunal
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal representation
- Maintain strong client relationships and professional communication

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- At least two years’ experience in handling employment tribunal litigation
- Knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures
- Technical legal expertise combined with empathy and client care
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a supportive team environment
