Client

A leading international firm are seeking an Employment Senior Associate to join their leading team in Birmingham.

Role

You will join the firm’s expanding Birmingham office in their highly regarded Employment team. You will focus on providing advice to the firm’s Police Federation client base advising police offers up to the rank of Chief Inspector.

  • You will advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters as well as regulatory and pension issues for their members.
  • You will also represent individuals in the Employment Tribunal and civil courts.

Candidate

It is essential that you have employment law knowledge with between 5-8 years PQE. Experience in regulatory and or pension matters is desirable but not essential.

  • You must have experience in a recognised Employment team or in-house department with experience in claimant work and ideally experience of employment tribunal claims.
