Employment Senior Associate (Remote)
Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate – Remote / London
Salary: up to £140k + Benefits + Bonus
An internationally recognised law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its market-leading Employment practice in London.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious professional to work closely with a senior partner group on complex, high-profile employment matters. Successful candidates will enjoy exposure to sophisticated clients, intellectually challenging work, and genuine autonomy within a high-performing, collaborative team.
You will sit within a well-resourced London team, supported by a large international employment platform, providing access to cross-border projects and career-defining work across multiple sectors including energy, infrastructure, and transport.
The Role
- Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues
- Leading aspects of cross-border employment projects and restructures
- Advising on executive appointments, exits, and sensitive workforce issues
- Supporting TUPE, outsourcing, and employment aspects of corporate matters
- Managing your own caseload with significant client exposure
- Collaborating with partners on high-value, complex mandates

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with 5+ years post-qualifying experience (PQE)
- Strong experience secured within a City or international firm environment
- Professional background in complex employment litigation and advisory matters
- Experience in supporting transactional projects
- Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within an international platform
