Leading International Firm | Employment Senior Associate (5+ Years PQE)

The Team

The Employment Group is a market-leading practice, offering comprehensive advice on employment law and global mobility to financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies, and top UK and international businesses. The team combines sector-specific expertise across financial services, retail and consumer, energy, and transport, handling the full spectrum of employment matters:

  • Complex tribunal litigation
  • Whistleblowing investigations
  • Business protection issues
  • Major strategic projects such as:
    • Outsourcing
    • Restructuring
    • Regulatory change

The Role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll take ownership of high-value contentious and non-contentious employment work for FTSE 100 clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead on significant projects for well-known corporations.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior colleagues, fostering their growth as future employment lawyers.
  • Encouraging engagement in the firm’s innovation programme, including exploring how AI and emerging tools can enhance client service.
