About The Role
As our Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the delivery and administration of our Employment & Skills programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
You’ll work alongside the Learner Manager, Mentors and Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of employability, skills and distance learning programmes. Your responsibilities will include supporting learner engagement, assisting with programme administration, maintaining accurate records, supporting employer engagement activities, and helping to monitor programme performance.

This varied role will give you the opportunity to develop a wide range of administrative, communication and organisational skills while making a positive contribution to helping people develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support learner engagement, attendance and progression
- Assist in one-to-one sessions and action plans
- Support job search, applications and progression routes
- Assist in delivering workshops, job clubs and skills sessions
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Support enrolments and onboarding
- Track learner progress and completion
- Maintain registers and learner records
- Support timetable coordination
- Research vacancies and opportunities
- Maintain accurate learner data
- Support KPI tracking and reporting

Skills & Expertise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Training
- Full UK Driving Licence
- English and Maths at Level 2 – GCSE Grade 4
