Our client, established since 1921, operates an extensive network of offices providing legal services to South West London, Surrey, and Middlesex. They are now seeking a high-calibre Employment Solicitor to join their reputable team in their West London offices.
The Role
They are looking for a high-calibre Employment Solicitor with circa 1 year’s PQE+. The ideal candidate will need to:
- Be confident managing a broad caseload.
- Exhibit excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
- Be able to hit the ground running.

The role requires strong technical expertise across all aspects of Employment Law, including handling fee-earning matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising both employees and corporations.
Who Are They Looking For?
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE.
- Experience in employment law – covering at least 50% of current caseload.
- Prior experience in running your own caseload is essential.
- Experience in working on both respondent and claimant cases, as well as advising both individuals and corporations, is desired (training will be provided if needed).
