The Role
We are seeking a seasoned employment solicitor with expertise across complex employment law to join as a Partner, contributing to both legal deliverables and business development.

The Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially sharp lawyer who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
You should have:
- 4 years’+ post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills in high-complexity cases
- The drive to proactively generate new work through networks and targeted business development
- Entrepreneurial ambition to grow an independent client following
- A preference for flexible, modern work structures
Bonus attributes: Candidates with an existing client base or a clearly articulated business plan stand out.
