The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and ongoing success, this well-established Employment team is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to support its expanding client base. You will advise a diverse range of private and public sector clients across the full spectrum of employment law, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. Your workload will include advising on complex workplace issues, drafting contracts, policies and procedures, supporting corporate transactions, and managing Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, and other employment disputes.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with 3 years PQE or more who have gained strong employment law experience within a reputable practice.

You Will

  • Have solid technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious employment law.
  • Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate a commercial approach and an enthusiasm for business development.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
