JOB REF:

The Role

Working as part of a highly regarded team of Employment specialists, you will advise a broad range of clients, from SMEs to national and international organisations, as well as senior executives, on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Managing a varied caseload, you will handle Employment Tribunal litigation, provide strategic and day-to-day employment advice, support corporate transactions and projects, and, if of interest, undertake a mix of employment and immigration work. You will also play an active role in business development, strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued success and growth of the team.

The Candidate

You will be a qualified Solicitor with between 3 and 6 years PQE and solid experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters. You should be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, delivering commercially focused advice, and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and keen to play an active role in business development while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
