THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team in Norwich. Working within a collaborative and successful practice, you will advise a broad range of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, national organisations and significant public sector bodies on a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your caseload will encompass day-to-day HR and employment law advice, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, settlement agreements, as well as the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with at least 12 months solid employment law experience and possess the confidence to handle a broad range of employment matters on behalf of employer clients. The successful candidate will have:
- Strong technical employment law knowledge
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Sound commercial awareness
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving

You will enjoy building client relationships, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team. Experience advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
