About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a respected and long-established firm, offering high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a clear progression path.
As part of this expanding, welcoming team, you will advise a diverse client base—their businesses and individuals—on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Tribunal claims
- Disciplinary and grievance processes
- Redundancy advisary
- TUPE counsellings
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts
- Developing workplace policies
- Settling settlement agreements
- Corporate support work

Skills & Experience Required
We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with:
- 4–7 Years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Commercial acumen and excellent client relationship management skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and ambitious mindset
- Comfortable contributing to business development and network expansion
