The Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious employment lawyer to join a highly regarded Employment team in London. Working alongside an experienced Partner, you will manage your own varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a broad client base ranging from SMEs to multinational organisations. Your workload will include employment tribunal litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, TUPE, restructures, senior exits, contracts, and policies, as well as supporting corporate transactions. You will also play an active role in client relationship management, business development, and networking initiatives.

The Candidate:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE gained within a national or well-regarded regional firm. The successful candidate will have experience managing employment matters from instruction through to completion, including both advisory work and tribunal litigation. You will possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a commercial, solutions-focused approach to advising employer clients. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
