Employment Solicitor – 2+ PQE
Location: London Salary: GBP £80,000 – £95,000 (DOE)
Join a nationally recognised Employment team, specialising in high-quality employer-side work. Flexible hybrid working and flexibility are part of the package.

The Role
An outstanding opportunity is available for an ambitious employment lawyer to join a highly regarded Employment team in London. Working closely with an experienced Partner, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment tribunal litigation
- Restrictive covenant disputes
- TUPE transfers
- Restructures
- Senior executive exits
- Contract advice and drafting
- Policy support
- Corporate transaction support
- Actively engage in client relationship management, business development, and networking initiatives.

The Candidate
You must meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years post-Qualification Experience (PQE), ideally within a national or well-regarded regional firm.
- Experience delivering end-to-end employment matters, spanning advisory work and tribunal litigation.
- Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial, solution-focused approach to advising employer clients.
- Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
