Employment Solicitor

Employment Solicitor – 2+ PQE

Location: London Salary: GBP £80,000 – £95,000 (DOE)

The Role

An outstanding opportunity is available for an ambitious employment lawyer to join a highly regarded Employment team in London. Working closely with an experienced Partner, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
    • Employment tribunal litigation
    • Restrictive covenant disputes
    • TUPE transfers
    • Restructures
    • Senior executive exits
    • Contract advice and drafting
    • Policy support
    • Corporate transaction support
  • Actively engage in client relationship management, business development, and networking initiatives.

The Candidate

You must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years post-Qualification Experience (PQE), ideally within a national or well-regarded regional firm.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end employment matters, spanning advisory work and tribunal litigation.
  • Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial, solution-focused approach to advising employer clients.
  • Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
