Employment Solicitor, 4–7 Years PQE, Solihull, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
This long-established and highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its busy and growing Employment team. JOB REF:4456
The Role:
- This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to join a respected firm offering high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a clear path for progression.
- As part of this expanding and welcoming team, you'll advise a diverse client base of businesses and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and corporate support work.

Skills Required:
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 4-7 Years PQE.
- Strong experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and ambitious
- Comfortable contributing to business development/networking and client relationship management
