We are working with a highly respected specialist employment law practice seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Employment Law Solicitor (Senior Associate level) to join their growing team in Bramhall.

The Role
You will take ownership of a varied and often complex employment law caseload, acting for both employers and employees across advisory and contentious matters.
This is a senior fee-earning role where you will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, provide strategic legal advice, and deliver exceptional client service while supporting the wider development of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a complex employment law caseload from instruction to conclusion
- Providing high-level strategic and commercial employment law advice
- Handling Employment Tribunal litigation, including multi-day hearings where required
- Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients and retaining relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to business development and supporting firm growth
- Handling and converting new client enquiries with confidence
- Ensuring full compliance with SRA and regulatory standards
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong employment law background with 6+ years PQE (or equivalent senior experience)
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
- Confident handling tribunal litigation and client-facing advisory work
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-led approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating at Senior Associate level within a collaborative but high-performing team

Desirable Experience
- Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunals
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior solicitors/paralegals
- Established client relationships or proven business development ability
