Employment Solicitor (Claimant)

Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary: Highly Competitive

The Opportunity:

A specialist claimant employment law practice is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm exclusively advises employees, senior executives, and professionals on a broad range of employment law matters. With a strong reputation in the market and a steady flow of high-quality instructions, this is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer looking to focus on claimant work within a flexible and supportive environment.

The role is fully remote and can be undertaken on either a full-time or part-time basis.

The Role:

You will advise individuals on a broad range of employment law matters, including:

  • Settlement agreements
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Constructive dismissal
  • Discrimination claims
  • Whistleblowing
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • Senior executive exits and negotiated departures

You will manage matters from initial enquiry through to conclusion, building strong relationships with clients and providing practical, commercial advice. The practice receives a significant volume of settlement agreement instructions alongside more complex contentious employment matters.

About You

You will be:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Experienced in claimant employment law
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload
  • Confident advising clients directly
  • Experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
