About the Role

Join a highly regarded Employment team advising employers, HR professionals, and senior executives on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

You will manage a varied caseload encompassing:

  • Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
  • Redundancy and restructuring projects
  • TUPE transfers
  • Strategic workforce planning

While delivering commercially focused and pragmatic advice to clients.

Key Requirements

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years PQE and strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will possess:

  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Exceptional client care abilities

You will play an active role in business development, networking, and raising the profile of the Employment team. Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives will be highly regarded, while an existing client following would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
