Employment Solicitor / Associate – London Salary up to £120k + Benefits + Bonus
An internationally recognised law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor / Associate to join its market-leading Employment practice in London.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious professional to work closely with a senior partner group on complex, high-profile employment matters. The role offers:

The Role
- Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues
- Leading aspects of cross-border employment projects and restructures
- Advising on executive appointments, exits, and sensitive workforce issues
- Supporting TUPE, outsourcing, and employment aspects of corporate matters
- Handling restrictive covenants and business protection issues
- Managing your own caseload with client exposure
- Collaborating closely with partners on high-value, complex mandates

The Candidate
Ideal applicants will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with 1–4 years PQE in London
- Strong experience in a City or international firm environment
- Background advising on complex employment litigation and advisory matters
- Experience in restrictive covenants and business protection is highly desirable
- Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing client relationships and working with senior stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within an international platform
