About the Role
Our Employment team is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated Employment Solicitor to join us. Whether you’re aiming to accelerate your career or specialise in a driven, collaborative environment, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
The Role & Team
You’ll thrive within a well-regarded Employment team, providing expert advisory services to an extensive client base spanning the private, public, and third sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice
- Managing an independent caseload with appropriate supervision and support
- Assisting on complex tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work
- Developing strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to tackle multi-disciplinary matters

Requirements
